Mr. Jasim Al Maeeni is the Senior Partner and the Lawyer of Jasim Al Maeeni Advocates & Legal Consultants. He is a highly qualified senior lawyer having over a decade of diverse experience in Criminal matters and managing Civil disputes in the Middle East region. He also worked as a Chief Public Prosecutor in Dubai Courts for almost 20 years, and now a practicing lawyer up to the highest court of the UAE.

Having graduated from Beirut University, Mr. Jasim Al Maeeni began his career that now spans for over 20 years. And he has now proven himself to be an effective leader and lawyer of the firm. He is now performing before the Federal, Shar’ia, Civil & Criminal Courts as well as the Higher Courts in the UAE.

Mr. Jasim Al Maeeni is a member of the Emirates Bar Association and Union of International Lawyers, having a very strong expertise in Criminal & Civil Law, Corporate, Commercial Law and Intellectual Property Laws (Trademark, Patent Law and Copyright Law). He is also having the years of experience in advising clients on banking and finance-related matters, Labour Disputes, Insurance and matters involving Recovery of claims & Collection of Debts. He is also specialized in Arbitration cases related to real estate, property and construction; moreover, he has also been supreme to the success of many litigation cases.

Prior to the establishment of Jasim Al Maeeni Advocates & Legal Consultants, Mr. Jasim has worked for more than 10 years with Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants in the UAE.

Mr. Mohamed Abouelenein

Senior Legal Consultant and Arbitrator, Executive Chairman and Founding Partner

Mr. Mohamed Abouelenein is the Senior Partner and the brain behind the founding of Jasim Al Maeeni Advocates & Legal Consultants. He is a very well-known Senior Legal Consultant and Arbitrator in the United Arab Emirates and a duly registered advocate in the country. He holds over 20 years of extensive professional experience in Egypt as well in the UAE.

He has been accredited in Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Al Zagazig University, in Egypt and conquered two diplomas in International Arbitration from the ‘International Arbitration Centre’. He is an Advisor and a member of the International Arbitration Centre, a member of the Egyptian Bar Association. He is also a Certified Arbitrator in Ras Al Khaima Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the UAE.

Mr. Mohammed is a highly experienced in the advancement and defenses both Criminal and Civil cases with specialty in difficult litigation and complex regulatory matters. His areas of expertise include Family & Matrimonial, Fraud & Financial Crime, Property, Intellectual Property, Wills & Trust, Banking & Finance, Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Construction, Real estate, Debt recovery, Labour Law, Insurance and Arbitration.

Mr. Mohamed Abouelenein appears frequently in the TV News Programs such as Al Wousta TV Sharjah and Al Dhafra Channel UAE, conducting an educational course, discussing about the Laws in different matters.

Ms. Doaa Eloraby

Senior Legal Consultant

Ms. Doaa Ali Al Orabyy is the Senior Consultant at Jasim Almaeeni Advocates and Legal Consultants, a duly registered Legal Consultant in the United Arab Emirates.

She has over 18 years of experience advising clients in the United Arab Emirates. She has completed her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Al Mansoura University, Egypt.

She brings with her a wide range of experience in Arbitration and was actively involved in all aspects of Litigation and is proficient in various legal domains that include Criminal & Civil Cases, Commercial Cases, Labour Cases, Family Cases, Execution Matters, Property and Real Estate Cases, Rent Committee Cases, Intellectual Property Matters, Mediations and Settlement Agreements.

Mr. Khaled Abd El Azim

Senior Legal Associate

Mr. Khaled Abd El Azim is our Senior Legal Associate who holds a Bachelor of Laws from Cairo University in 1996 and having a strong 25 years of experience in the legal field in all cases. He worked in a famous office in downtown Cairo from 1997 to 2005, which is the office of Prof. Sabri and later on established his own law office in Cairo, through which all legal works was carried out from 2005 to 2017. He was also accepted to work as a lawyer before the Egyptian Supreme Constitutional and Cassation Court on January 26, 2015, which is the highest Egyptian court and worked as a legal advisor for a number of entities.

Mr. Khaled has a very strong knowledge with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, its courts, and its litigation procedures. He is also dealing with the system of all state courts (Dubai Court system, Abu Dhabi Court system, Public Prosecution system - Dubai Municipality system - Ministry of Justice system). He is well-experienced in writing and drafting all lawsuits, memoranda and contracts according to the correct legal details.

Mr. Khaled has the ability to work under pressure and takes the ownership and responsibility for all the cases. His ability to be creative and innovative at work guarantees the completion of his work to be done on time or before the specified time. He is very cooperative team member and he adores working in a team spirit. Despite of being a senior personnel of our firm, he still have the desire to learn, acquire other skills and cultivate his experiences.

His specialities in legal field are in civil law, criminal law, administrative law, personal status and commercial law.

Mr. Yaman Joubi

Legal Associate

Mr. Yaman Joubi is a bilingual legal associate (English & Arabic) with wide experience in Intellectual Property law. He’s been assisting local & international clients with their brand protection, anti-counterfeiting, anti-fraud and litigation activities across sectors from auto spare parts, a/c & refrigerators parts, cables, perfumes, skincare, and many others. Identifying innovative solutions and strategies to achieve brand protection and IP goals. Preparing for enforcement actions, coordinating with authorities, searching and monitoring websites for unauthorized use of IP and initiate take-down and enforcement requests. Conducting legal research and helping the clients to have detailed advice on all legal documents

Mr. Yaman is having a wide experience in the registration of the trademarks, patents, designs, copyrights and managing the client's IP portfolios worldwide and advising them throughout the appropriate usages and enforcement of their rights.

Mr. Abdel Sattar Saeid

Legal Associate and Legal Researcher

Mr. Abdel Sattar Saeid is our Legal Associate and Legal Researcher who has a very strong experience for over 5 years. He is graduated from the Faculty of Law in Beni Suef University Egypt and holds a Bachelor of Laws in the year of 2012. He also obtained his Master’s Degree in Public Law in the year of 2014.

Mr. Abdel Sattar practiced his law in Egypt for 4 years, and was appointed to the General Administration of Legal Affairs in one of the Egyptian government agencies as a lawyer.

He is now practicing his expertise in United Arab Emirates and developed his knowledge with UAE laws. He handles and dealing as well with all the state court systems (Federal System) such as Dubai Court, Abu Dhabi Court, Sharjah Court, Ajman Court, Ras Al Khaima Court, Fujeirah Court and Umm Al Quwain Court. As well as in Dubai Land Department, Public Prosecution, Legal Affairs Department and Police System.

His expertise in the legal field is all related to General Law.

Ms. Louise is the Executive Assistant to the Founding Partner & Executive Chairman with an extensive total of 12 years demonstrated history of working in BPO, supply and trade of chemicals, contracting and industrial sectors as well as in Legal Firms.

She is a meticulous, task-driven Executive Assistant, equipped with exceptional ability to facilitate all aspects of internal and external communications, supports the day-to-day administrative, financial and operational functions by working collaboratively with C-Level Executives.

Ms. Louise is a proven talent for aligning business objectives with comprehensive administrative knowledge to achieve the maximum operational impacts and boost efficiency.

Ms. Louise is a strong administrative professional with an education background focused in Computer, Information Sciences and Support Services from Dr. Filemon C. Aguilar Information Technology Training Institute, Manila Philippines.

Ms. Anita Magat

Office Assistant

Ms. Anita is the Office Assistant of the firm with a wide-ranging experience total of 28 years of time-honored history of working in 5-star Hoteliers and Retail industries with Hotel Restaurant Management educational background in Saint Paul College Tarlac, Philippines.

She is one of the main key players in the office, ensuring to deliver satisfactory of the customer service relationship for the staff and visitors. She maintains her pleasant demeanor and works well despite under pressure. 

She is a self-motivated, hard-working, and dedicated team player who guarantees to always provide the quality of her service.

Ms. Zartasha Iqbal

Legal Associate and Legal Researcher

Ms. Zartasha Iqbal is a bilingual Legal Associate (English & Arabic) and Legal Researcher with seasoned professional experience for over 9 years in Corporate and Commercial law.  She is graduated from Faculty of Sharia & Law, International Islamic University Islamabad and holds a degree of L.L.M Corporate Law in the year of 2018.  She has been awarded with two prestigious Gold Medals in law by university.  She has achieved a prominent role in legal sector and honored with an award for Top 25 Emerging Women in Legal.

She practiced law in Pakistan for 5 years and was appointed as Faculty member in Department of Law at Bahria University Islamabad.

Ms. Zartasha Iqbal is currently rendering her services in United Arab Emirates and developed her strong expertise in Corporate and Commercial transactions, Labour laws, Rental disputes, Civil law, Personal Status law, Property and Real Estate matters.

Her specialties in legal field are related to Contract reviewing and vetting, drafting JVs, MOUs, Legal notes, NDAs, SPAs, Tenancy Agreements, and client management.
